Whitelabel Sales Embed: Pre-Event Tickets and B2B Quotes

A single sales flow embedded on your own site, opening in your brand colors: individual credit-card checkout, corporate quote-to-token-link, invoicing and personnel onboarding.

You're running a corporate summit. You don't want to route ticket sales to an external platform — no Eventbrite in the URL bar, checkout opens in your brand colors, corporate customers can request quotes online. Schedulo's whitelabel sales embed does exactly that.

What Is the Sales Embed?

A sales page you embed on your event's website with an iframe, opening in event-specific brand identity. A one-line embed code is enough; visitors don't notice Schedulo.

Two Flows: B2C + B2B

Individual (B2C): headcount → contact info → credit card → personnel onboarding.

Corporate (B2B): request quote → company+billing info → admin overrides price → token-link → payment → personnel onboarding.

The second flow works like a natural CRM for tracking enterprise relationships.

Brand Identity

Per event in the admin panel: logo, primary/accent color, page title/subtitle, embed language (TR/EN), theme (light/dark). CSS variable injection propagates these through every visual element.

Token-Link Security

  • 32-character base64url random
  • 7-day TTL
  • Stays valid for personnel step after payment (PaymentConsumedAt is a separate flag)
  • AttemptCount counter for anomalous request detection

Personnel Onboarding

CSV upload or manual form → creates an EventUser per row → sends welcome email + mobile deep link → user signs in with one tap. Idempotent.

Closing

The whitelabel sales embed reduces dependency on external platforms, pulls customer data back into your perimeter, and turns the B2B quote process from an email thread into a tracked system flow.
